Shipping Policy
Processing & Order Fulfillment Most Level X Apparel orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Items that are ready to ship will be fulfilled promptly after your order is placed.
For items with extended processing times or pre-order windows, fulfillment details are noted directly in the product listing — please review the listing before purchasing.
Custom Orders Items labeled "Custom" are made to order and require additional production time. Estimated fulfillment timelines for custom items will be listed on the product page.
Shipping Options We currently ship within the United States only. The following shipping options are available at checkout:
- Standard Shipping — delivered within 5–7 business days after fulfillment
- Express Shipping — delivered within 3–5 business days after fulfillment
Shipping times begin once your order has been fulfilled, not from the date of purchase.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Level X Apparel is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
