Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item or size

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at LevelXapparel26@Gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work to make it right.

Pre-Orders: All pre-order sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed, as items go into production shortly after the pre-order window closes.
